UNC Kenan-Flagler Sports & Entertainment Club
Mission: To educate UNC Kenan-Flagler students on the role that sports & entertainment play in professional business and act as a resource for students interested in pursuing careers in these industries.
Proposed 2013-2014 Events:
Sports & Entertainment and the Core: Speakers from the sports and entertainment industries will come to campus to speak with the student body on how S&E impacts marketing, finance, operations, and consulting job functions.
Sports & Entertainment Case Competition: Sponsored by a major global sports agency, the case competition will help students better understand business challenges in the S&E industries and provide the opportunity to network with high-level executives.
Conferences and Career Treks: Send students to represent KFBS at MBA-focused industry conferences and travel to major metropolitan areas to network with high level executives in the S&E industries.
